BS After Dark its affiliates, sponsors, partners, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives (collectively, “BS After Dark”) take our obligations regarding your data very seriously, and we are committed to complying with the regulations set out in the United States and countries around the world, including the European Union’s recently adopted General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and also complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce.

Here in this privacy policy, we refer to our community forums, activities, blogs, and other public services and offerings as our “Network.” Any software or products that we have to offer, for example, downloadable content is “Content” and “Subscriptions”. Account Data.

An account also allows you to access other features of BS After Dark, including buying digital content, watching videos, message boards, allowing BS After Dark account holders to watch your streams, access your content, engaging with third party services by linking your account to such services, engaging with any other products or services that we or our partners may offer from time to time, and entering sweepstakes, and contests and other promotions offered by BS After Dark (each, a “ Promotion ”).

If we use an outside third-party processing service provider, this third-party may collect the same or similar information. When using BS After Dark or when communicating, we may use cookies, tags, scripts and similar technologies (collectively "Cookies") to automatically record and store certain data. Cookies enable our systems to recognize you, your devices, and to provide you with the best possible services. Social Media Data.
Our Network may include social media functions and features, for example, a Facebook “Like” button or Twitter “Share” feature. Through this functionality, we may collect your IP address, page or location you are visiting on our websites or in certain products, services, content, and or subscriptions.

These social media functions are often hosted by third-parties, and in these cases, or in the case that we provide a link to such social media services and functions, your interactions and the privacy of the information you provide is subject to and governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. By using our Network or any feature, function or aspect of it, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the laws of the United States and the European Union.

Communications. 
BS After Dark communicates with you by posting notices on our websites and other third parties services such as but not limited to Discord, Twitter, and other social media services. In addition, we may also use your email address to:

- contact you in connection with a Promotion, such as if you are selected as a winner;

- respond to your support questions, comments, feedback, surveys;

- confirm your purchase transactions

- notify you of major changes to our services or to contact you about your use of our services, including the content that you posted; and

- send you promotional messages from us or our partners or to messages about our services, including news, general information, and customer support.

Advertising.
We use third-party analytics services (“ Third Party Analytics ”), such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics to provide site metrics and other analytics services. These Third-Party Services may employ advertising and purchase incentives, which are embedded in our content, services, and subscriptions, or provided in conjunction with them. We may permit these third-parties to serve these advertisements and collect information about how you use our content, services, and Subscriptions, including the device you use, your operating system, your login information, wireless carrier, and the geographical location.

We use information from these third-parties mainly to deliver relevant advertising to you, verify your location and use of our products, assess other consumer interests, improve the design and development of new products, and services. Data Retention.
We will keep your information for as long as your account is active or the information is needed to provide you services, or as long as it may be required to fulfill our legal obligations.


Business Transfer or Corporate Change.
If there is a business transfer or corporate change, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale, we may transfer or assign the data that we have collected from you in connection with such transaction or in contemplation of such transaction (e.g. due diligence). No feature, function, or aspect of the network is intended for children under the age of thirteen regardless of the territory or country in which you reside. Account Closure.
You can close your account at any time and for any reason. However, if you close your account you will immediately lose all promotional points, rewards, or other benefits associated with your account as well as any status that you may have attained and automatically be withdrawn from any promotions, rewards or prizes.

Except as otherwise noted above, we generally delete your account data within thirty (30) days of closure. However, we may keep data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, including to comply with requests by law enforcement, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from our communications. BS After Dark is based in the United States. Regardless of your location, you consent to the processing and transferring of your data in and to the United States and other countries. Please note that the laws of the United States and other countries governing data collection and use may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live.

BS After Dark has applied and will comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. BS After Dark has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. BS After Dark is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. BS After Dark complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU including the onward transfer liability provisions. The US Federal Trade Commission has investigatory and enforcement powers over BS After Dark's compliance with the Privacy Shield Framework.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, BS After Dark commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information.
